Position Summary:
As a Reservations Specialist, your role will be to create unforgettable experiences for our guests by offering local insights and assistance for our shared shuttle services, private vehicles, and charter transportation using our booking system. You will be responsible for understanding our offerings to effectively coordinate and fulfill guests' travel requirements.
Position Specifications:
- Expected Compensation Range: $22.76
- Work Schedule: Full Time
- Experience Level: Entry
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Manage and update reservations for our Shared Shuttles, Private vehicles, and Charter services.
- Comprehend our Products and Services to provide guests with suitable transportation options.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor with both guests and team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including dispatch, operations, and sales representatives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all the training needed to perform your duties safely.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
- Fluency in English is required.
The anticipated pay range is $22.76. This is the range we expect to offer for this position, with individual compensation determined by various factors.
