Job Summary:

A skilled Physical Therapist is needed to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans to address a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders.
  • Administer or prescribe various modalities and exercise programs to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, adhering to state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California required at hire
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire
  • Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association required at hire
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
