Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Retail Pharmacist to provide temporary coverage for a leave of absence at a hospital-affiliated outpatient pharmacy in Grand Rapids, MN. This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in patient care and community health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier patient care by dispensing prescriptions and counseling patients on their medications.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the outpatient pharmacy.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage prescriptions and patient records.
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacist license in Minnesota.
  • Experience in retail pharmacy settings.
  • Familiarity with EPIC software.
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, day-shift environment.
