EMT Intermediate

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate EMT Intermediate to join our team at Emt Ambulance. As a key member of our emergency medical services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a professional and caring manner.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide basic patient care in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings
* Maintain a clean appearance and demonstrate courteous, professional, and ethical behavior
* Continuously improve and upgrade skills and knowledge of the emergency medical profession
* Safely operate and maintain emergency vehicles and equipment
* Communicate patient information to other healthcare professionals
* Accurately and completely document patient information
* Meet local, state, and regional emergency medical service regulations and laws

### Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Completion of an AEMT program and acceptance for licensure in the state of employment
* One year related experience preferred
* Maintain current Valid Driver's License
* Maintain current and valid AEMT certification
* Maintain current and valid CPT (Health Care Provider minimum) certification

### Physical Demands

* Sit and stand for extended periods of time
* Walk, bend, squat, twist, reach, push, pull, and carry
* Frequently lift and/or move more than 125 pounds

### Working Conditions

* Work in a fast-paced emergency medical services environment
* May be exposed to hazardous materials and situations
