Job Title: Professional Recruiter

Career Transitions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Recruiter to join our team. As a Professional Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing a customer base and managing the full lifecycle of the recruiting process, from research to evaluation to presenting qualified candidates for client job openings.

You will negotiate on behalf of clients to secure top talent and be accountable for delivering verifiable metrics to support recruiting activities. We have 10-year employees with a great deal of experience in the industry that consistently outwork, outearn, and embrace business partnerships with the clients they serve. As a Professional Recruiter, you should have at least 2+ years of third-party recruiting experience (in-house recruiting experience is considered). Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously are essential. A degree is preferred but not required, and you should have demonstrated knowledge of sales strategies, database research tools, and negotiation methods.
