We're Hiring a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Henderson, NC

TotalMed is seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team in Henderson, North Carolina. As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will work in a dynamic medical-surgical unit and be responsible for providing high-quality patient care. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Job Highlights

  • Salary: $1,842.13 per week
  • Location: Henderson, North Carolina
  • Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 days/week
  • Duration: 91 Days

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in medical-surgical units, including assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Monitor patient progress, assess vital signs, and respond to changes in condition promptly.
  • Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care instructions, medication management, and recovery expectations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Current RN license
  • BLS (Other certifications as required by facility)
  • Two years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
