Our facility specializes in the extrusion and conversion of plastic materials, producing a variety of products that serve numerous industries. We are committed to sustainability by reusing scrap materials to create eco-friendly solutions.
Position Overview and Key Responsibilities
The Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining and repairing all machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and welding tasks.
Primary Duties Include:
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues to restore functionality efficiently and safely.
- Conducting routine facility maintenance as necessary.
- Executing roll changes on extrusion machinery.
- Completing various general maintenance assignments as directed.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years of technical training.
- Five years of relevant maintenance experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical schematics.
- Strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Solid mathematical and communication skills.
This role may require overtime, the ability to operate a forklift, and work outdoors. The position reports to the Plant Manager.
