**Job Title:** Caregiver (full-time and part-time)

**Job Summary:**

As a Caregiver with Home Helpers, you will provide in-home care and home health care services to seniors, new moms, working parents, those recuperating from illness or injury, and those who need continued care for lifelong challenges. Your responsibilities will include assisting with meals, light housekeeping, transportation, errand services, personal care, companion services, and medical services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide in-home care and home health care services to clients
* Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Prepare meals and snacks for clients
* Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
* Provide transportation to appointments and errands
* Offer companionship and social interaction
* Assist with medical services, such as administering medication and providing wound care

**Work Environment:**

As a Caregiver with Home Helpers, you will work in a variety of settings, including private homes, retirement communities, nursing homes, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other locations. You will be working independently, but will have the support of our office staff and other caregivers.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
* Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
