Job Summary

Blue Gems ABA is a leading provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our therapy team and develop comprehensive treatment programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments, to identify individualized treatment needs.
  • Design and implement positive behavioral treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based strategies and techniques, to promote skill acquisition and behavioral growth.
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement treatment plans effectively.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans.
  • Monitor progress, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular progress summaries to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Proven ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and write effective behavioral support plans.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between assignments.
