About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Party Claims Expert to join our team at INSHUR. As a First Party Claims Expert, you will be responsible for handling first-party medical claims, arbitrations, and litigation while delivering exceptional customer service by phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle first-party medical claims, arbitrations, and litigation
- Deliver exceptional customer service by phone and email
- Work closely with our team to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims
Requirements
- At least one year's experience handling first-party medical claims in New York and/or New Jersey at a recognized P&C insurance company
- Already secured an insurance license in NY or NJ, or can secure a license within 45 days
- Strong understanding of customer satisfaction and retention principles
- Passionate about building a successful career in Claims
- Able to commute to/from our Irving, TX office four days a week
