About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Anesthesia Technician II to join our team at AdventHealth Heart of Florida. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cardiovascular and transplant cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and set up anesthesia equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist licensed anesthesia providers with patient assessment, monitoring, and airway management
  • Maintain equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions to minimize downtime
  • Ensure necessary equipment and supply inventory remain in stock to meet the needs of our patients
  • Assist with schedule preparations, including emergent and urgent surgical procedures involving anesthesia
Requirements
  • Two years of experience as an anesthesia tech
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
