Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and flexible Janitorial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of our offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain building floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and maintain a clean and organized waste management system.
  • Service and clean restrooms, including restocking supplies and ensuring proper hygiene.
  • Clean and dust furniture and fixtures, and polish surfaces as needed.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners.
  • Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications and follow proper safety protocols.
  • Operate vehicles and equipment, including vans, industrial trucks, and industrial vacuum cleaners.
  • Monitor building security and safety, and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Requisition supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • No minimum education requirements.
  • Janitorial experience preferred.
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
