About the Role

Lennar Homes is seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional service to our homeowners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating customer requests, scheduling trades, and ensuring homeowner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide homeowners through the new home celebration and orientation process.
  • Meet with homeowners to discuss concerns and advise on warrantable items.
  • Organize and prioritize lists of warrantable items for completion.
  • Record, maintain, and finalize homeowner files for assigned communities.
  • Administer warranty cost controls and manage business partner accountability.
  • Schedule and supervise work of business partners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Verify work progress and completion of assigned tasks.
  • Perform quality control inspections before walk-throughs.
  • Schedule worksite appointments as needed.
  • Assign accountability for expenses and back charges based on detailed inspections and compliance with policies.
  • Investigate, detect, and resolve warrantable concerns.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service or construction experience preferred.
  • Superior verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task.
  • Outgoing, professional demeanor with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Customer Service training preferred or will be provided as needed.
