Location: Windsor Run, a beautiful 60-acre continuing care retirement community in Matthews, North Carolina.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Windsor Run. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate resident's clinical condition, document findings in the electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
- Supervise and lead care associates to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
- Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
- Respond to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care.
- Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- CPR certification required.
- A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
