Good Harvest Market Corporation is a leading independent natural and organic grocer in Waukesha County. We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Hop Harvest & Vine, our farm-to-table restaurant concept.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Line Cook to prepare fresh, delicious food with cleaner ingredients. As a member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing recipes from our full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus
• Maintaining a clean and well-stocked kitchen
• Working well within a team to ensure seamless service
• Providing excellent customer service skills

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience cooking in a restaurant, hotel, or resort
• Understanding of cooking methods and procedures, and knife handling skills
• Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow cooking directions
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Must be organized and self-motivated
• Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift, and carry heavy materials

Physical Requirements:
