Job Summary

The Clinical Director for Team Rehabilitation is a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist to take on a leadership role and drive the success of an outpatient physical therapy clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing the clinic, providing exceptional patient care, and exceeding industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement a comprehensive business plan, including clinic setup, equipment selection, and quality of care initiatives.
  • Marketing and Community Engagement: Support our marketing efforts, build relationships with key physicians, and promote Team Rehabilitation's commitment to care and patient referrals.
  • Financial and Operational Management: Oversee scheduling, productivity, and budget management to ensure the clinic's financial health and success.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, provide mentorship and training opportunities, and ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
Requirements
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • 5+ years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, with a proven track record of exceptional patient care
  • Dedication to education and training, with a desire to continue growing as a Physical Therapist
  • Commitment to Team Rehabilitation's initiative of making Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion a priority
