Job Title: First Assist RN Contract

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled First Assist RN for a local contract nursing job in Palm Springs, California.

Job Description & Requirements

The First Assist RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role will also supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated.

The First Assist RN will be accountable to support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum 1 year current experience in their nursing specialty in an Acute Care hospital setting
  • Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
  • CPR-Basic Life Support – American Heart Association
