We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Representative.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Scheduling and coordinating service and delivery orders with the service/operations team.
- Processing and billing service, delivery, and new installation orders.
- Developing close relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide proactive sales support.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Requirements for this role include a high school diploma and minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
