This will be achieved through dedicated staff who model appropriate behavior, encourage student inquiry, and utilize positive reinforcement techniques. Participation in ongoing training sessions throughout the year is expected. This position involves working with children in both our Early Learning Center (3K/4K language immersion programs in French, German, or Spanish) and Primary School (Grades K-5).

- Ability to meet the physical demands of working with active children.
- Organized, adaptable, passionate, and reliable.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities.
- Exhibit leadership qualities, being self-motivated while also valuing group dynamics.
- Prior experience with children (either personally or professionally) is advantageous.
- This role is particularly suitable for college students pursuing education degrees.
- Availability to work between 2 PM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday (not required to work all five days).
- Starting compensation is $16 per hour, with a review for potential salary increase after 30 days of employment.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a group-oriented mindset are essential.
- Experience working with children aged 3-12 is preferred.
