Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a travel therapist in Forks, Washington. As a travel Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, with a preference for 2 years or more.
  • Valid BLS certification.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
