Landmark Realty LLC is a leading provider of multifamily housing and corporate apartments, with a portfolio of over 7,600 units across 70 properties nationwide. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in multifamily properties
  • Handle designated work orders and service requests in a timely manner
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly shop
  • Escalate maintenance issues to management as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, and coworkers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, with apartment or building maintenance experience preferred
  • HVAC service technician experience and certification required
  • Ability to perform day-to-day tasks, preventative maintenance, and work orders with proficiency
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
