This role is based in a well-equipped clinic located within a hospital setting, collaborating closely with two other non-invasive Cardiologists and one interventional Cardiologist.

Team Support: The clinic is supported by three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who assist in delivering exceptional patient care, along with one inpatient APP dedicated to hospital services.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $600,000 with additional bonus opportunities based on Relative Value Unit (RVU) production.
  • Sign-On Bonus: A generous $75,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
  • Retention Bonus: A total retention bonus of $60,000, distributed as $20,000 at the conclusion of years 1, 2, and 3.
  • Quality Bonus: Potential for an additional $50,000 quality bonus, available upon meeting base salary criteria.
  • Time Off: Enjoy 33 days of paid time off annually.
  • Continuing Medical Education: 5 days of CME plus a $6,000 annual allowance.
  • Call Schedule: A manageable call rotation of 1:4.
