We are seeking a seasoned Environmental Services professional to lead our team at City of Hope.


Responsibilities


The Manager, Environmental Services (EVS) is responsible for the overall management of the EVS program.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Providing sound leadership and ensuring a consistently high level of sanitation, cleanliness, and aesthetics to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 3-5 years of Environmental Services experience.
  • Healthcare Environmental Services experience is preferred.
  • Prior management experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership ability and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
