About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Credit Review team as a Vice President. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective review and challenge to retail credit portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Credit Reviews: Conduct independent risk assessments of the quality of risk management for retail credit exposure.
  • Monitor Adherence to Policies: Ensure that there is timely recognition of any potential weaknesses in the retail credit portfolio and monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Identify Credit Risks: Identify potential credit risks, assess the impact of those risks, and recommend process changes related to Credit Risk activities.
  • Develop a Continuous Monitoring Program: Develop a continuous monitoring program for all retail/consumer segments, including the use of key performance indicators to help identify emerging risks in the portfolio.
  • Evaluate Credit Risk Policies: Evaluate Credit Risk Policies to assess that the appropriate controls are in place to effectively manage credit risk and monitor adherence to approved policies.
