Qualifications
  • A proven track record of at least five years as a successful Site Construction Manager in the commercial sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams towards exceptional performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Proficient in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications for accurate project execution.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
