Job Summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in a home health setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans for patients in their homes, nursing homes, or memory care facilities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and functional abilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
  • Recommend and provide equipment and supplies to patients as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an occupational therapist in a home health setting.
  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • BLS Certification (AHA).
  • Current state license.
