Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our clientele
  • Gain experience as an automotive mechanic across various domestic and international vehicle models
  • Conduct thorough and precise vehicle inspections
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns efficiently
  • Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues
  • Work in unison with fellow technicians to troubleshoot, meet objectives, and achieve outstanding results

Qualifications:
  • A positive demeanor and a strong desire to assist customers
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to obtain them
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Aspiration for long-term career growth

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
  • Capable of working with tools on vehicles elevated above head
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs
  • Dexterity to effectively use hand tools
  • Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday
  • Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles
  • Competent in navigating computer systems
