  • Patient Care and Support

    • Assist patients with scheduling appointments, rescheduling, and ordering transportation as needed.
    • Contact insurance companies to verify patient eligibility and process claims.
  • Clinical Support
    • Assist doctors during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures and prepare patients for procedures.
    • Monitor supply levels and replace as needed, ensuring that procedure rooms are always stocked and ready for use.
    • Apply knowledge of sterile techniques and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Administrative Support
    • Perform clerical work, including copying, filing, faxing, and data entry as needed.
    • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
    Requirements
    • Education and Certifications
      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA/CMA/RMA)
