Job Overview:
MRG Exams, a premier provider of independent medical examinations, is seeking a skilled Physiatrist to perform comprehensive assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Physiatrist interested in performing medical fact-finding and investigative work.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical health records through a secure Web Portal and conducting thorough assessments on each veteran. They will also complete Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs) through the portal, documenting exam findings needed by the VA. It is essential to note that this role does not involve making disability determinations, which are solely made by the VA. The selected candidate will provide independent medical assessments, working independently without direct patient care responsibilities. The position requires 2 days of in-person work, with additional telehealth days available.

About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data from medical records and exam findings. Proficiency in electronic documentation is crucial, along with typing skills and time management abilities. Experience in finding key data points within large electronic medical records is highly valued. Your passion for serving Veterans and commitment to delivering high-quality assessments are essential for success.

Requirements:
