Guideshop Manager

We are seeking a Guideshop Manager to lead our team and drive business results. As a Guideshop Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving business results by analyzing business trends, maximizing daily sales plans, and developing Guides.
• Analyzing business results in your Guideshop to identify and coach opportunities, as well as celebrate successes.
• Creating an exceptional customer experience by having a strong presence on the sales floor and modeling optimal selling behaviors.
• Promoting brand awareness within the market and identifying opportunities to generate traffic to the Guideshop.
• Recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Executing and maintaining strong visual merchandising standards.
• Inspiring, motivating, and leading through Bonobos Core Virtues.
• Fostering an environment of innovation and promoting an entrepreneurial mindset.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• In-depth retail experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years managing a retail store or relevant experience.
• Consistently achieving personal and overall store sales goals.
• Able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
