The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective quality systems. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a site-wide quality program through both direct and indirect reporting relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a site-wide, multi-product quality program
  • Ensure quality product for inbound raw materials, WIP, and outbound finished goods
  • Develop and implement quality plans to ensure conformity of purchased material, manufactured parts, and final products to quality standards
  • Revises and updates the quality manual to incorporate changes and enhancements
  • Develop and maintain all quality systems such as SPC, gauge calibration, quality notifications, corrective actions, product performance inquiries, internal auditing, and first article inspection
