Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Love Encore Delivery Specialist to join our team at Hyman Bros Subaru. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their new Subaru vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Subaru's Love Encore program, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist the Sales department with customer technology questions and concerns.
  • Prepare and inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure they are ready for our customers.
  • Assist customers in personalizing their vehicle technology settings.
  • Perform detailed deliveries to customers, explaining the proper operation of vehicle features and resources.
  • Schedule the first Service appointment for our customers.
  • Perform deliveries with customers to address and answer questions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Service department with customer technology questions and concerns on the service drive.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background.
  • Computer literacy, strong organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
