We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Otter Learning. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children.
- Prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education using our provided curriculum.
- Assist with daily childcare tasks such as feeding, changing, and nap time.
- Maintain open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.
- Lead Teachers will oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Assistant Director/Director.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older under Licensing standards. Some States will accept 16 years old.
