Job DescriptionThe Growth Engineering team at Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for a talented Senior Data Scientist to help us develop data products that enhance the customer experience and optimize for retention and lifetime value. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teammates in Product, Design, Content, and Marketing to understand their problems and design solutions.
Responsibilities- Research, design, and build high-impact end-to-end machine learning systems for customer growth
- Lead the design of scalable ML solutions in production
- Promote best practices of data science and engineering throughout the organization
- Evangelize ML adoption and innovation across product and engineering teams
- M.S or B.S in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of building products with Machine Learning and Personalization
- Strong proficiency with ML-frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Scikit-learn
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Estimated salary: $185,000 per year
