• A culinary degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Chef in a high-pressure environment
• A deep understanding of food trends, particularly in Asian-inspired cuisine
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing a team effectively
