Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Granite Recovery Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with opioid use disorder.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address medical and emotional needs.
  • Administer and monitor medications, as well as provide education to patients and families on medication management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in substance abuse treatment and opioid use disorder.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Experience in substance abuse treatment or detoxification preferred.
  • Knowledge of opioid use disorder and substance abuse treatment principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
