  • Collaborative mindset to work alongside the treatment team in achieving the child's therapeutic goals.
  • Open-mindedness to set clear boundaries while exhibiting patience and understanding.
  • Foster a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Serve as role models for healthy emotional expression, effective communication, and proper hygiene practices.
  • Willingness to complete the licensing process and participate in specialized training programs.
  • Previous experience engaging with young individuals is preferred.
