Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities

This is a full-time, direct-hire position that requires a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance and full scope Polygraph.

  • Develop machine learning, data mining, statistical, and graph-based algorithms to analyze datasets.
  • Prototype, evaluate, and finalize models using performance metrics.
  • Create models or experiments to generate training data when needed.
  • Produce reports and visualizations to deliver data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to automate data analysis.
  • Implement prototype algorithms into production frameworks.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, operations research, engineering or computer science) + 7 years of experience, Masters Degree + 5 years of experience, or PhD + 2 years of experience
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with the full scope Polygraph required
  • Programming experience with data analysis software such as R, Python, SAS, or MATLAB
  • Developed experiments to collect data or models to simulate data when required data are unavailable
  • Developed feature vectors for input into machine learning algorithms
  • Identified the most appropriate algorithm for a given dataset and tune input and model parameters
  • E valuated and validated the performance of analytics using standard techniques and metrics (e.g. cross validation, ROC curves, confusion matrices)
  • Overseen the development of individual analytic efforts and guide team in analytic development process
