We offer a comprehensive package that includes a company vehicle for personal use, a gas card, uniforms, specialized tools, and ongoing training to ensure your success in this role. In return, we expect you to bring your own hand tools, outstanding customer service abilities, and a positive mindset.
This role provides competitive hourly wages ranging from $20/hr to $45/hr, along with a summer compensation bonus that could add up to $10,000 during peak months. Our HVAC Technicians often earn over $65,000 annually due to our commitment to paid NATE and NCI training. Additional benefits include medical and dental insurance, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, a 401(k) plan with a 20% match, and opportunities for career advancement. A $2500 sign-on bonus is also available.

Qualifications for the HVAC Technician Role
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- EPA certification required
