Concierge Assistant

Morada Senior Living is seeking a skilled Concierge to provide exceptional service to our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to residents, guests, and employees.
- Manage incoming calls, take messages, and communicate information to the relevant parties.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as collating brochures, preparing meal tickets, and updating resident lists.
- Coordinate appointments for residents and family members, including hairdressers, transportation, and other services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the entry area and desk.
- Distribute mail to residents, the Executive Director, and Department Coordinators.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One to three years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
