Job Responsibilities:

As an LPN with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing compassionate nursing care in post-acute facilities
  • Monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions
  • Performing resident intakes and documenting medical histories
  • Administering medications and tracking their use
  • Cultivating a comfortable and safe facility for residents
  • Tracking medical records and charts
  • Assisting with IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Maintaining medical supplies and inventory
Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current Illinois state license to practice as an LPN
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or similar role
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
