Position Title: Geospatial Analyst
Role Overview: Become a vital member of our innovative geospatial team and play a key role in our land development initiatives. In this essential position, you will collaborate closely with the Surveying Director to oversee departmental operations, manage specific projects, guide office personnel, lead field teams, and act as a liaison for clients and regulatory bodies.
Key Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Possession of LS licensure in Virginia or a commitment to obtain it within a 1-2 year timeframe
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong project management expertise
- Leadership and supervisory capabilities
Employment Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a duration of 12 months.
Work Arrangement: This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring a mix of on-site and remote work.
