In this dynamic role, you will evaluate patients to develop tailored treatment plans focused on improving functional independence. With expertise in Hand Therapy, clinical decision-making, and effective communication, you will foster a supportive environment for patient recovery.

The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, and devising creative yet effective treatment plans. You will practice discretion, maintain patient confidentiality, and operate a high-energy, positive-thinking environment. Your goal is to aid patients in achieving their goals, healing, recovering, improving pain level/tolerance, and maximizing functional independence. As an Occupational Therapist, you will examine patients using fundamental clinical knowledge, implement a treatment plan, and execute a plan of care daily. We are seeking an applicant with experience in Hand Therapy, comprehensive knowledge of Hand Therapy screens/evaluations, treatments, and orthosis fabrication.

We offer a competitive salary of $67,500 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and continuing education reimbursements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to develop tailored treatment plans
  • Implement a treatment plan based on evaluation results, goals, and best practices
  • Assess and re-assess need for modifications to plan of care and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and patient support systems
  • Provide education/training to patients and/or patient support systems
  • Administer tests and measures, synthesizing evaluation results to formulate diagnoses, goals, prognoses, and plans of care
  • Initiate and complete discharge plans
  • Oversee support staff of COTA, OT aides
  • Promote JAG PT in the community through lectures/presentations
