Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Quality Patient Care: Deliver compassionate and personalized care to patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Verify Patient Information: Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in our patient records.
  • Coordinate Schedules: Coordinate with our clinical team to ensure schedules are full and patients receive the dental care they need.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with patients, parents, and staff in a clear and respectful manner, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Graduation from a senior high school or equivalent is required.
  • Office Experience: Previous experience in a dentist's or physician's office is preferred.
  • Experience with Children's Dentistry: Experience working with children's dentistry is preferred.
