Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their rights and privacy are protected
- Collaborate with patients and healthcare teams to set mutual goals and develop personalized care plans
- Diagnose and treat patient responses to health issues, and evaluate the effectiveness of care
- Assess and monitor patient complications, and prevent them when possible
- Notify physicians of patient condition and response to care
- Acknowledge patient pain, and treat, reassess, document, and evaluate it
- Delegate tasks to other care providers based on clinical judgment and skill
- Advanced Life Support certification from the American Heart Association within 1 year of hire
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Licensed Registered Nurse within 3 months of hire
- Associate of Applied Science in Nursing or RN Diploma at start date, with BSN preferred
- 6 months of experience in Cardiology, Telemetry monitoring, and 12 Lead EKG Arterial Sheath Management
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
