Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized patient assessments, prioritizing data collection based on individual needs and condition.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education and support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient assessments, findings, and responses to nursing interventions, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- One year of experience as an RN in an Adult Medical Surgical Unit, within the last three years.
- Current CPR certification, at least to the BLS level.
