Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Support the sales process by processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, and participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with members and drive sales.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
