**Job Title:** Speech Language Pathologist
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive speech, language, and cognitive therapy services to residents and patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assess residents' communication skills and develop individualized treatment plans to improve their abilities.
* Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance residents' speech, language, and cognitive function.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
* Educate residents, families, and staff on effective communication techniques and strategies.
* Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology, applying this knowledge to enhance resident care and outcomes.
**Requirements:**
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered.
* Current Clinical Competence Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
**Salary Range:** $83,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
