Job Title: Motion Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Motion Therapist to join PARS Therapy as an integral member of our team. As a Motion Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in restoring motion and ensuring that our patients function at their best.

About the Role:
  • Maximize quality of life and movement potential through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.
  • Identify and meet patients' goals and needs.
  • Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop personalized care plans using evidence-based treatment techniques.
  2. Create tailored fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for patients with specific needs.
  3. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care and interventions.
  4. Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally.
Requirements:
  • Active license in Texas required.
  • PT Liability insurance in Texas required.
  • Graduate degree or greater in Physical Therapy.
  • Experience in Home Health or Rehab preferred.
