Uniti Med is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Nurse RN Specialist to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in a Skilled Nursing setting. As a Travel Nurse RN Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in a Skilled Nursing setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing setting
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
